Welcome to your exclusive micro landscape creation journey! At this stage, we will have in-depth communication with you to gain a detailed understanding of your creativity and needs. Please fill out our customization request form and tell us your story, inspiration, style preferences, and any special requirements. After receiving the form, we will provide you with a preliminary design concept and detailed quotation within 48 hours. This stage is completely free and requires no commitment.
Deposit & Scheduling
After you approve of our quotation and design proposal, we can proceed to the cooperation confirmation stage. You need to pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost to officially launch the project. This deposit is mainly used to cover your pre design communication costs and reserve a dedicated production schedule for us. After successful payment, your order will immediately enter our production queue and receive a scheduling confirmation letter. Please note that all customized orders are queued for production in the order of payment.
Design & Craftsmanship
This is the core stage of turning your dreams into reality. Our artists will create detailed design sketches based on your needs for your confirmation. After you approve the design draft in writing, we will begin production. During this period, we may communicate with you about the details and share exciting behind the scenes footage of the production process in a timely manner. Please rest assured that within the agreed production cycle, your work will be wholeheartedly crafted by us.
Final Payment & Shipping
Your exclusive micro landscape artwork has been completed! We will take exquisite photos and videos of the finished product for you to preview. After you confirm your satisfaction, you can pay the remaining 50% balance. After the final payment is settled, we will immediately provide professional and safe reinforced packaging for your baby, and send it out through international express delivery (such as DHL/FedEx), while also providing you with the tracking number for tracking. We promise to ensure that it arrives in your hands intact and brings a perfect ending to this collaboration.
